1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Sample or trial units may require additional verification before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high order volume, shipments may be delayed a few days. We will notify you by email if a significant delay occurs.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

HitNix ships orders from San Jose, California via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted during the order confirmation process. Trial units may use economy service, while production orders typically use standard or expedited shipping.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier. For bulk or hotel shipments, we recommend providing a business address for reliable delivery.

4. International Shipping

We currently accept international inquiries, but shipping options vary by country. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by destination authorities. Please contact info@hitnix.com before placing an international order.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

6. Damages or Lost Packages

HitNix is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim and also notify us with supporting photos or videos.
