Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing from HitNix LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). We take pride in the quality and safety of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Customized or hotel-logo branded units are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
  • Used or installed charging stations;
  • Cables or accessories showing wear or physical damage;
  • Products provided under free trial or promotional programs;
  • Items not purchased directly from HitNix LLC or our authorized distributors.

4. Return Process

Please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our support team at info@hitnix.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) if approved.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided in the RMA confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to manufacturing defects, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:
  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide photos or videos of the damage for verification.
  • We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.

7. Warranty Support

All HitNix products include a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from refunds and follow the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it following the above procedure and place a new order.
