Where HitNix Began
Founded in San Jose, California, HitNix began with firsthand observations of a growing gap in hotel guestrooms: guests arriving with multiple devices, incompatible chargers, and rising expectations for modern, seamless in-room charging.
What was often treated as a minor inconvenience quickly became a recurring operational issue contributing to GSS score friction, increased staff workload, and inconsistent solutions.
HitNix was created to address this gap with purpose-built, hospitality-first charging solutions.
